Suction Unit VYP Series
The VYP series suction unit is a suction transport device that integrates an ejector, pressure sensor, and vacuum pad.
Reduction of air consumption and exhaust noise ● The ejector, pressure sensor, and vacuum pad have been integrated. This enables a reduction in air consumption (90% less than our existing products) and a decrease in exhaust noise. Reduction of CO2 ● By reducing air consumption, customers can lower their compressor electricity costs. Compared to the suction unit VYP03 and our micro ejector ME25, an annual electricity cost reduction of 11,952 yen is possible. Lightweight design allows for installation on small robots ● The minimum type VYP03 has a body weight of 195g, making it lightweight. Additionally, the suction unit can be easily set up with just one air pipe and one power cable.
